I facilitated an event for a prestigious professional school. I asked the participants to volunteer to write sections of a lengthy study document. People came flowing to the front of the room to sign up for topics. The dean turned to me: "I can't believe my eyes. No one ever volunteers for anything around here."
I motivate teams to work together towards their common goals.

What I do isn't magic, it's actually called Organizational Development (OD). OD is the process by which an organization develops increased capacity to provide the work stated in its mission. My special gift is to mobilize groups toward critical business-focused outcomes.
