Andrew Black is the president of Andrew Black Consulting, Inc. Andy has a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and nearly 30 years of experience in training and OD.

With his expertise in coaching, instructional design, training and facilitation, Andy has supported organizations in a number of different industries since 2003 when he established his own consulting practice. He believes that collaboration can be easy and fun, and can produce exciting and powerful results in organizations. There is too much needless suffering in organizations that could be alleviated by a few well-timed external interventions.
